Managing Attorney of general Law Practice, including Criminal Defense, Family Law / Divorce / Custody and Personal Injury. Spent approximately 1 ½ years as contract Respondent’s counsel in the Twelfth Judicial District. Extensive experience in Domestic Violence, Domestic Relations issues.

2004-2006:

New Mexico Children, Youth and Families Department, Las Cruces, New Mexico. Children’s Court Attorney. Prosecuted child abuse and neglect cases. Founding member of the Third Judicial District Court Family Reunification Court. Attended Family Reunification Court training in Salt Lake City, UT in 2005.

2001-2004:

Office of the Third Judicial District Attorney. Assistant District Attorney. Prosecuted wide variety of criminal matters, including murder, violent felony, white collar felony, drug offenses and misdemeanor offenses.

1980-1993:

United States Army / United States Army Reserve: Final Rank: Captain, Air Defense Artillery. Commanded a 200+ person unit of HAWK Air Defense Battery. Course work included Army Officer Candidate School, U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery Officer Basic Course and Officer Advance Course.
